1 Day Swimming Rate = ₱3,500
(10 am - 7 pm the same day)

(8 am - 8 am the next day)

Due to our first downpayment first reserve policy, a 1,000 PHP reservation fee should be made to secure the booking. This amount will be deducted from the renter's total payable upon arrival. If a guest cancels their reservation, this amount WILL NOT BE REFUNDED as this will serve as the CANCELLATION FEE.
IMPORTANT: Before we confirm your date's temporary reservation, you must read our Renter's Agreement that you'll have to sign upon arrival. Sending your reservation fee means you have read and agree to our terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

After we confirm your date's temporary reservation, please be advised that you only have before 12 pm every day to settle your reservation fee of 1,000 PHP. If you are making your payment after 12 pm, please double-check with us first if your desired date is still available.
Remember always to note the date of your reservation and your name on your payment message/note. Always send proof of payment here once done with the date you reserved.

-FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS-
"Can we extend our stay?"
We cannot guarantee that you can extend your stay as this is subject to availability. We kindly ask our guests to be mindful of their check-in and check-out times to avoid additional charges. If the following hours are available, then yes, you can extend your stay for a 200/hr rate.
"How is the place cleaned?"
Pool water is drained after every customer. Our caretakers then clean and disinfect the place and the pool to ensure the safety of our guests.
"Can we rent a videoke?"
Yes po, you can rent a videoke outside and coordinate its delivery and pick-up.
"Can you accommodate events?
Since the space available is limited, we encourage you to visit us for you to see if the place can accommodate your guests and other event needs. Prices vary depending on pax and type of event.
