Great strategy and great content can get you leads BUT there are a lot of other factors which come into play when you’re looking for conversions.
WHERE AM I FALLING SHORT IN THIS PROCESS?
Ask yourself the following:
✔️Am I interacting with people who are showing up in my DMs in a way that keeps the conversations flowing, or am I responding with “thanks!” and “so glad you liked it!”?
✔️ Am I coming in too hot with an offer before trying to decide if this person is really ready for my services–or more importantly–do I really want to work with them?
✔️ Am I simply liking comments and following people back, or I am trying to get to know my new followers (i.e. my community) by setting up times to chat with ABSOLUTELY no hidden agenda, first?
✔️ Am I not vetting leads coming in as to what’s in their budget or what would prevent them from saying “yes” now prior to jumping on a discovery call/coffee chat?
✔️ Am I showing up and throwing up on discovery calls by leading with everything I do and what I offer instead of letting them talk and then only selling to their needs?
If you do not have thousands of followers or established brand identity, then all of the above becomes even more important.
