A NEW BEGINNING: THE PATH BACK TO COMMUNITY

The door to a peaceful, productive life is always open for those who choose to lay down their arms.

Through the E-CLIP and Amnesty Program (EAP) Cluster, co-led by the Department of National Defense (DND), the government provides a central coordinating body to supervise the reintegration efforts of former rebels from the CPP-NPA-NDF.

This program doesn't just assist the individuals; it supports their immediate family members as well—offering safety, livelihood training, and financial assistance to help them rebuild their lives in safety.

Let's choose the path of unity and collective progress.

REDEEMING LIVES, ENFORCING THE LAW

Peacebuilding is about giving second chances, but it's also about absolute accountability.

The NTF-DPAGs employs a strategic balanced approach:

The Soft Approach: We accelerate programs to embrace willing individuals back into civil society, preventing them from resorting to armed conflict.

The Hard Approach: For groups that refuse to lay down their arms or return to illicit activities, our law enforcement forces will swiftly utilize the full force of the law to neutralize them. [1]
Justice and peace go hand in hand to achieve a progressive nation!

OUR BARANGAY, OUR RESPONSIBILITY: PROTECT OUR PEACE

Lasting peace starts right in our neighborhoods. The CPP-NPA-NDF can only thrive where there is silence and fear.

By standing together as one community, we can deny these lawless elements a foothold in our villages. Our barangay leaders and local government units work hand-in-hand with law enforcement to maintain security. If you notice any suspicious recruitment, threats, or illegal armed movements in your community, do not hesitate to report them to your local authorities.
