The City Department of Health Office (CDOHO) – Butuan City successfully conducted its Monthly Meeting on March 12 and 17, 2026 at Casa Luciana, Butuan City, bringing together Development Management Officers, Administrative Assistants, Human Resources for Health (HRHs), and other key personnel to strengthen coordination and improve the delivery of health services across the city.
The activity was led by Ms. Emmi Marie J. Cabahug, RN, MMPSM, Development Management Officer IV, who emphasized the importance of alignment, accountability, and collaboration among health personnel in ensuring the effective implementation of programs and services for the community.
The two-day meeting served as an important platform to review program updates, align performance targets, and enhance collaboration among health personnel. Key discussions included updates on FHSIS indicators, identification of data quality concerns, and the review and validation of the Revised Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) targets for 2026.
Participants also engaged in meaningful discussions on program implementation strategies, including home visit targets, maternal and child health services, immunization, TB, and other priority health programs. Emphasis was placed on proper documentation, accurate reporting, and population-based targeting to ensure improved monitoring and accountability.
The meeting also encouraged open dialogue and feedback among participants, fostering a collaborative environment where concerns, challenges, and solutions were collectively addressed.
Overall, the activity reinforced the commitment of CDOHO-Butuan personnel to strengthen health program implementation, improve data quality, and deliver responsive and effective health services to the community.
