Meet 𝙑𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙆𝙞𝙧𝙗𝙮 𝙍𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙘𝙤, the 𝐑𝐅𝐁𝐊𝐁+ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 from the SDO of Agusan Del Sur. His leadership journey began with a simple desire to serve and create meaningful change.

He started as an ordinary student, focused on his studies, with little involvement in organizations. But through curiosity and the courage to step beyond his comfort zone, he found his purpose in Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB+). What began as quiet participation soon transformed into active leadership grounded in dedication and service.

Through BKB+, Vince Kirby discovered that leadership is not about holding the highest position, but about carrying the greatest responsibility. His journey shaped him into a leader who empowers others, leads with integrity, and inspires the youth to believe in their own potential—proving that true leadership begins with the willingness to take the first step.

Typhoon Basyang has left many families across CARAGA, especially in Surigao del Sur, struggling to rise again. Homes destroyed, lives displaced, and hope tested — but together, we can rebuild. 💙
Project Barkadahan 2.0 calls on every Caraganon’s heart to unite in compassion and action. Your help, no matter how small, can bring food, shelter, and hope to those who have lost so much.

Through the challenges and experiences he encountered, she learned that skills can be developed—but leading with heart builds trust, inspires growth, and creates lasting impact.

Meet 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙂. 𝘿𝙪𝙗𝙙𝙪𝙗𝙖𝙣, an 𝐑𝐅𝐁𝐊𝐁 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 from the SDO of Surigao Del Norte. Whose journey in Barkada Kontra Bisyo+ (BKB+) is rooted in service, purpose, and impact.

Through BKB, she was given opportunities to travel, participate in national events, and represent the youth in meaningful spaces. From LearnCon in Dumaguete to various regional meetups, each experience strengthened her passion for youth empowerment and advocacy.

As she continues her journey, Arianne carries BKB with her—not just as an organization she served, but as a community that shaped her leadership, broadened her purpose, and inspired her to keep creating change for the youth.
