The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region XIII wishes to inform the public about individuals impersonating the Regional Director of CDA, sending fraudulent messages and calls that solicit money or donations.

Please be informed that the CDA Region XIII, under the leadership of Regional Director Monatao Honeya R. Alawi, PhD, does not solicit money or donations from private individuals or entities. If you encounter any suspicious transactions or solicitations, kindly report them immediately through [email protected] or via landline (085) 300 0496.

All transactions from the Authority are strictly conducted through official channels and communications. Verified complaints will be addressed through legal action.
