In line with their program days celebration, the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (BSABE) held PABEBOHAY 2026, bringing together ABE students and participants for a vibrant program-wide event.

Amid the gathering, the National Service Reserve Corps – Emergency Response Team (NSRC-ERT) was present to ensure safety and provide immediate response when needed throughout different events. CSU Main Campus NSRC-ERT | LSG Days 2026 (March 28 - April 1, 2026)

On the last week of March, LSG Days 2026 commenced as different colleges held their respective celebrations across the campus. The Caraga State University Main Campus National Service Reserve Corps Emergency Response Team (NSRC-ERT) ensured the safety and well-being of participants as these college-based activities brought vibrancy and increased movement within the university.

With participants, spectators, and volunteers actively engaging in their college spirit, the team maintained readiness to respond to any situation while supporting a safe and secure event environment.

Through continuous monitoring and coordination, NSRC-ERT contributed to maintaining order, efficiency, and compliance with established guidelines. Their presence reinforced the importance of safety, cleanliness, and proper conduct, helping uphold a well-managed environment that reflects both campus spirit and responsibility.

CSU Main Campus NSRC-ERT | DAGYAW LCO Days (March 25 - 27, 2026)

From March 25 to 27, the National Service Reserve Corps – Emergency Response Team (NSRC-ERT) was mobilized during the celebration of the League of College Days – Dagyaw 2026 at Caraga State University.

As students and visitors filled the campus to take part in festivities, rides, and various university events, the NSRC-ERT worked behind the scenes alongside other service-oriented groups and institutions, including CSU–DRRMO, CSU–RCY, CSU–USG, the CSU University Clinic, CSU–ROTC, and CSU Security. Together, these teams ensured order and safety throughout the event by managing crowds and providing immediate medical assistance when needed.

While the celebrations highlighted the vibrancy of campus life, they also underscored the critical role of coordinated emergency and safety services in large-scale events. The presence of these response teams allowed participants to fully enjoy the festivities with peace of mind.

Our acknowledgement is extended to the ERT officers, members, volunteers, partners, and all stakeholders whose dedication and teamwork contributed significantly to the success of the event. Their commitment to service helped create a safe and memorable experience for the entire university community.

CSU Main Campus NSRC-ERT | NSED (March 23, 2026)

In another proactive step toward disaster readiness, Caraga State University conducted its first campus-wide Quarterly Earthquake Response Drill on March 23, 2026. The exercise, led by the CSU Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) alongside partner agencies such as the Provincial DRRMO, Bureau of Fire Protection, and the Department of Public Works and Highways, aimed to test and improve existing emergency response procedures.

Beyond simulation, the drill served as a reminder of the importance of preparedness. By continuously engaging students, faculty, and volunteers in training initiatives, the university reinforces its goal of cultivating a resilient and safety-conscious community.

In celebration of Women’s Month, the Caraga State University – Gender and Development (GAD) Officespearheaded a citywide Women’s Month kickoff celebration, bringing together 20 participating agencies across the city. In light of this, members and volunteers of the National Service Reserve Corps – Emergency Response Team (NSRC-ERT) were deployed to provide monitoring, crowd assistance, and emergency preparedness support throughout the program.

LIHOK SPORTS WEEK | February 14, 2026

In line with the observance of Tinguha Week, Caraga State University (CSU) reaffirmed its commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the conduct of a week-long Sports Fest promoting health, wellness, and community engagement.

Organized by the CSU University center for Health and Wellness, the LIHOK Sports Fest supports SDG 3: Good Health encouraging students and faculty members to engage in physical activities that foster holistic well-being and strengthen campus solidarity.

The university grounds were filled with energy and enthusiasm as participants actively joined various sporting events, underscoring CSU’s advocacy for a healthy and physically active academic community.

To ensure safety and order throughout the activities, members of the National Service Reserve Corps - Emergency Response Team (NSRC - ERT) were deployed during the Sports Fest - Fun Run, which officially commenced on February 14.

The Caraga State University - Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CSU DRRMO) and the Caraga State University - National Service Reserve Corps (CSU NSRC) proudly congratulate our very own DRRMO Director, Prof. Urlie G. Anino, DiSDS, for completing his doctorate at Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology in Tibanga, Iligan City, Philippines, on February 12, 2026.
