In support of the Universityโs commitment to energy conservation and efficient resource management during the summer season, the Office of the University Librarian announces the temporary adjustment of office operations effective June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
This temporary arrangement is being implemented to promote prudent energy utilization, reduce operational expenses, and support the Universityโs sustainability and resource optimization initiatives while ensuring continued delivery of public service.
Furthermore, for personnel who already have pre-approved or scheduled activities on Saturdays within the period of June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026, they are respectfully requested to designate or request an authorized Officer-in-Charge (OIC) or responsible personnel to oversee and manage the conduct of such activities. This is to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services and proper supervision during these occasions.
