Yesterday, May 28, 2026, the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Butuan Branch underwent an onsite monitoring inspection conducted by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) as part of its compliance assessment activities.

Simultaneously, GSIS Butuan actively participated in the Grand Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Fair held at Robinsons Place Butuan.

During the Grand EODB Fair Program, GSIS Butuan was commended by the ARTA Northern Mindanao Regional Field Office, through Regional Chief Dr. Jutchel L. Nayra, who also headed the ARTA Monitoring Inspection Team, as a model office for exemplary public service delivery-emphasizing that other government agencies need not look far and may consider GSIS as a benchmark in ARTA compliance.

Special recognition was likewise accorded to Branch Manager Troy L. Palermo for his leadership and unwavering support in achieving this distinction.

This recognition further inspires GSIS Butuan to continue upholding excellence, integrity, and responsive public service for its stakeholders.
