SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 16-009-2025

"An Ordinance Recognizing Outstanding Achievers in Barangay Tungao and Providing Incentives Thereof"

The Barangay Council of Tungao is pleased to announce the implementation of Sangguniang Barangay Ordinance No. 16-009-2025, which aims to recognize and reward outstanding achievers in the barangay for their exemplary accomplishments and dedication in their respective fields.

This ordinance was authored by Hon. Ann Margaret L. Alim and co-authored by Hon. Lexi Gianne S. Alcos, reflecting the commitment of the Sangguniang Barangay to promote academic excellence and encourage the youth of Barangay Tungao to strive for success.

🎓 Cash Incentives for Graduates with Latin Honors:

🏅 Cum Laude – ₱3,000.00
🏅 Magna Cum Laude – ₱5,000.00
🏅 Summa Cum Laude – ₱10,000.00

📋 Requirements:

✅ Purok Clearance and Barangay Clearance certifying that the applicant is a bona fide resident of Barangay Tungao;

✅ Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma indicating the Latin Honor received;

✅ Photocopy of a valid ID.

Through this ordinance, the Barangay Government of Tungao recognizes the hard work, perseverance, and academic excellence demonstrated by its outstanding graduates. This initiative serves not only as a reward for their achievements but also as an inspiration to other young people in the community to pursue excellence in their studies.

All qualified recipients are encouraged to submit their requirements to the Barangay Hall to avail of the incentive.

Gipahigayon karong adlawa ang Flag Ceremony ug Regular Monthly Meeting sa mga barangay workers ug personnel sa Barangay Tungao uban sa mga miyembro sa Sangguniang Barangay nga gipangulohan ni Punong Barangay Hon. Carlos B. Desiata Jr.

Ang maong kalihokan nagsilbing higayon aron mapalig-on ang panaghiusa, disiplina, ug dedikasyon sa pagserbisyo sa katawhan. Gihisgutan usab sa miting ang mga programa, proyekto, ug mga kalihokan nga pagatumanon alang sa bulan sa Hunyo, ingon man ang mga lakang aron mas mapalambo pa ang paghatag og serbisyo publiko ngadto sa mga lumulupyo sa barangay.

Gipasalamatan ni Punong Barangay Hon. Carlos B. Desiata Jr. ang tanang barangay workers ug personnel sa ilang padayon nga suporta, kooperasyon, ug matinud-anong pag-alagad. Giawhag usab niya ang tanan nga magpadayon sa pagtinabangay aron mas epektibo ug malampuson nga matubag ang mga panginahanglanon sa komunidad.

Padayon ang Barangay Tungao sa pagpalig-on sa maayong panggamhanan ug kalidad nga serbisyo alang sa tanang Tungaonon.

Malampusong gipahigayon kagahapon, June 1, 2026 ang Kick-Off Activity sa Brigada Eskwela isip pagsugod sa pagpangandam alang sa umaabot nga klase. Kini nga kalihokan gitambongan sa mga opisyal sa Barangay Tungao isip pagpakita sa ilang suporta ug panaghiusa alang sa edukasyon sa kabatan-onan.

Sa Tungao National High School, mitambong ug nanguna sa paghatag og suporta si Punong Barangay Hon. Carlos B. Desiata Jr. Samtang sa Tungao Elementary School, girepresentahan ang Barangay Council ni Hon. Nash L. Granada. Sa Bagong Silang Elementary School ug Bagong Silang National High School, mitambong usab si Hon. Ann Margaret L. Alim aron ipakita ang padayon nga suporta sa barangay ngadto sa mga eskwelahan.

Ang Brigada Eskwela usa ka mahinungdanong kalihokan nga nagpalig-on sa panaghiusa sa eskwelahan, ginikanan, komunidad, ug lokal nga panggamhanan aron masiguro ang limpyo, luwas, ug maayong palibot alang sa pagkat-on sa mga estudyante.

Daghang salamat sa tanang boluntaryo, magtutudlo, ginikanan, ug mga stakeholders nga mipartisipar ug mipakita sa ilang dedikasyon alang sa kaayohan sa atong mga kabataan. Pinaagi sa panaghiusa, atong mapalig-on ang kalidad sa edukasyon ug masiguro ang mas maayong kaugmaon alang sa matag estudyante.

What an incredible, action-packed celebration it has been! As we officially close the chapter on Adlaw Hong Tungao 2026, our hearts are full of gratitude and pride.

The Medical Mission in Barangay Tungao was successfully conducted, providing free services and meaningful assistance to our residents. This initiative became possible through the collective effort, generosity and dedication of different agencies, organizations and individuals committed to serving the people of Tungao.
