We are pleased to officially announce that after successfully completing all phases of the recruitment process and meeting the qualifications and standards set by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) – CARAGA Region, the following applicants are hereby appointed as Jail Officer I (JO1) under the Regular and Attrition Quota for Calendar Year 2026.

These appointments are in PERMANENT STATUS, effective July 16, 2026, and are subject to final verification of submitted credentials, in accordance with existing rules, regulations, and policies of the Bureau and the Civil Service Commission.

📌 NOTE:
Appointees are required to report to Regional Office on July 13, 2026.
Failure to comply with onboarding requirements may result in forfeiture of appointment.
Any discrepancy or falsification of submitted documents will be grounds for immediate disqualification or administrative sanction.

This is to inform all concerned that the applicants whose names are listed below have been recommended by the Regional Health Service Division to undergo the Physical Ability Test (PAT).

Date: June 23, 2026 (Tuesday)
Time: 5:00 A.M.
Venue: Butuan Sports Complex, Brgy. Tiniwisan, Butuan City

Applicants are likewise required to wear a plain white round-neck T-shirt and Dominant black athletic shorts during the activity.

Proper decorum and punctuality must be observed at all times.

This is to inform all concerned that the applicants whose names are listed below have been recommended by the Regional Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (RHRMPSB) to undergo the Final Medical Evaluation.

Venue: BJMP Caraga Regional Office, Brgy. Doongan, Butuan City

All concerned applicants are advised to report on time and bring one (1) long white folder with tabbing containing all required documents for the evaluation.

The interview will be conducted through an online platform. This arrangement is implemented in consideration of energy conservation efforts, particularly in response to the rising cost of fuel.

Please ensure that you are available on the scheduled date and time. Further instructions regarding the online interview platform and access details will be communicated accordingly.

Applicants are advised to prepare the necessary requirements and ensure the following:

A strong and stable internet connection
A quiet, noise-free environment conducive for an interview
