PHOTO ESSAY: ENTRY NO. 3
Peacemaker
The night may be dark, but the peacekeepers glow brightly. In this photograph, there is a police patrol vehicle which shows that they protect and serve the community. This is evident because even during days and nights, the peacekeepers are always there to listen and respond whenever they are needed. They are disciplined and trained to become an asset and protector of the people.
When I look at this photo, I realize that policemen are not only an enforcer of the law, but they are also peacekeepers. They bring peace, order, and comfort to the people because they are always there to respond and protect the innocent people. Even if they encounter hardships and dangers, police officers remain strong and brave to do what they do for the sake of the people.
In this photo, I remember that during the Linggo ng Kabataan (LNK) in Ampayon, the peacekeepers remained vigilant to protect the citizens even during festive events such as LNK. Because of them, the celebration goes smoothly without any trouble. Seeing them work, especially during the LNK reminds me that peace is achieved because of peacekeepers and that we should remain grateful for their sacrifices, service, and commitment to protect the community.
This photo is titled Peacemaker because it shows admiration and appreciation for all peacekeepers, not only in Ampayon but also throughout the world. They risk their lives to ensure the safety and security of other people. These peacekeepers are like our angels on earth who bring comfort and security to the people, especially during times of calamities, accidents, and other bad situations.
