Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) Admission for Grade 7
Banza National High School
Are you ready to tell the stories that matter? The SPJ program is looking for dedicated, curious, and talented incoming Grade 7 students to join our community of student journalists.

• Submission of Requirements: May 18 – June 1, 2026
• Qualifying Exam & Interview: June 1, 2026

✅ Admission Requirements
To qualify for the program, aspirants must meet the following academic standards:
• English & Filipino: 85% or higher
• Other Subjects: 83% or higher
• General Standing: No failing grades in any subject

📂 Checklist of Documents
Please prepare the following materials in a clean folder:
1. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
2. Report Card / SF 9 (Photocopy with complete quarterly grades)
3. Recommendation Letter (For admission screening, signed by your previous Adviser or English/Filipino Teacher, and noted by the School Principal)
