ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE, OIC-ARD Cenen Castellano, ADA IV Mary Junelyn Felias was joined by retired CPPO Joy Tinio , former Chief of Agusan del Sur Parole and Probation Office and OIC/SPPO Camille Stacy Apura with her team to enjoy an educational and cultural immersion of the rich and abundant heritage of Agusan Del Sur in the provincial government's newly renovated museum.
The group then proceeded to the provincial grounds to visit the Tatak Pamahandi stall to meet with Bae Hopay and Bae Jerlyn Coguit, the Chairperson of the Tribal Women's Weavers Handicraft and Suyam Association, Inc.
Indeed, Agusan's profound history is evidenced by genuine proof of how prolific the region's heritage is.

After ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE conducted another one of her "Present and Empowered: ROIC's client-accounting and motivation sessions", intended to make a headcount, meet face-to-face to the clients and provide a motivational pep talk with the clients of Agusan del Sur Parole and Probation Office reporting in the city of Bayugan, the RO team composed of ARD-OIC Cenen Castellano and ADA VI Mary Junelyn Felias, visited the PRDIO with the ADSPPO personnel headed by OIC/SPPO Camille Stacy Apura who graciously arranged for an educational tour.
PRDIO is the first facility of this kind in the country which provides specialized soil research for the province, a deep testament of progressive good governance.

ROIC Lovella Libertad, CESE attended the 2nd quarter 2026 Meeting of the RPOC-CARAGA, now officially and on record as one of its "expanded members". Her written request to be officially recognized as an RPOC Member was resolved during the 1st quarter 2026 meeting, with the support of DILG RD Maria Loisella Lucino, CESO III.
During the meeting ROIC Libertad verbalized her request to present the agency's Accomplishments in the next RPOC Meeting. She lilewise verbalized a request to actively participate and be included as a member of the Special Action Committee (SAC) on Public Safety, which was strongly supported by Agusan Del Sur's Gov. Santiago Cane, Jr. She likewise offered the agency's expertise in Restorative Justice to the SAC on Anti-insurgency's project - Psychosocial First Aid: reconciliation, healing and closure program for the families of slain CTG members.
PDEA XIII's RD Laurefel Gabales also recognized the agency's vital role in the rehabilitation of PWUDs resulting in the inclusion of the Agency to the newly created Inter-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group in the provinces.
The RPOC serves as a venue for regional management's social marketing where ROIC Libertad aims to invest on goodwill to show that the agency is willing to serve the NGAs and the community who generously supports the clients of DOJ-PPA.

ADA IV Mary Junelyn Felias of the Regional Office took her Oath of Office as the newly promoted ADA VI, witnessed by colleagues in the Regional Office and before HRMPSB Chairperson OIC-ARD Cenen Castellano.
ROIC Lovella Libertad administered the oath.
