๐๐ก ๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ: The Coast Guard Station Agusan del Norte, under the leadership of Ensign Mark John M Relox PCG, actively participated in the "Unity in Motion" activity organized by the Local Accredited and Well-Informed Guides (LAWIG) at Bood Eco Park, Brgy. Pinamanculan, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte on 30 May 2026.
The activity commenced with an energizing Zumba warm-up, followed by a trash-picking fun walk around the eco-park, bringing together personnel from various government agencies, partner organizations, and community stakeholders in a collective effort to promote environmental stewardship, health and wellness, and community engagement.
The participation of the Philippine Coast Guard in this initiative underscores its commitment not only to maritime safety and security but also to environmental protection and nation-building efforts. Likewise, it strengthened inter-agency cooperation and fostered camaraderie among participating organizations, highlighting the importance of unity, collaboration, and shared responsibility in addressing environmental concerns and building resilient communities.
