Ang kalidad sa hangin mahimong makaapekto sa panglawas sa mga sensitibo sa polusyon, sama sa mga bata, senior citizens, buntis, ug mga adunay asthma, sakit sa kasingkasing o baga.

Girekomendar nga limitahan ang dugay nga exposure sa gawas, ilabi na alang sa mga sensitibo sa polusyon sa hangin.

Kung mogawas, girekomendar ang pagsul-ob og N95 o KN95 mask. Sirad-i usab ang mga bintana kung kusog ang haze o baho sa aso.

Ang air quality mahimong mausab sulod lamang sa pipila ka oras. Padayon nga bantayi ang opisyal nga advisories gikan sa DENR Environmental Management Bureau, DOH ug local authorities.

Suspendido ang klase ugma, September 4, 2026 sa tanang lebel sa pampubliko ug pribadong tunghaan sa Butuan City tungod sa nasinating haze nga naka apekto sa dakbayan.

Giawhag ang mga eskwelahan nga magpatuman og asynchronous o synchronous learning aron magpadayon ang pagkat-on bisan suspended ang face to face classes.

Ang suspension gihimo isip precautionary measure aron malikayan ang dugay nga exposure sa haze.

Base sa latest situational report sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Environmental Management Bureau, ang na obserbahang haze resulta sa nagpadayong sunog sa Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Base sa alas 4:00 sa hapon nga air quality monitoring sa DENR EMB Region XIII, anaa sa:

Gikonsidera kining VERY UNHEALTHY nga nagpasabot nga dili maayo ang kalidad sa hangin ug mahimong makaapekto sa panglawas, hilabina kung dugay nga ma-expose sa hangin.

Kung mogawas, girekomendar ang pagsul-ob og N95 o KN95 mask. Sirad-an usab ang mga bintana kung kusog ang haze o baho sa aso.

Gi-awhag usab ang publiko nga suspindihon ang tanang outdoor activities ug magpabilin sa sulod sa balay. Mogawas lamang kung gikinahanglan.

The 17th Sangguniang Panlungsod approved today a resolution authorizing City Mayor Lawrence Lemuel H. Fortun to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Butuan Puericulture Center No. 394, Inc. for the referral and outsourcing of laboratory and radiology/X-ray services for patients of the Butuan Medical Center (BMC).

Approved during the 35th Regular Session, the resolution provides BMC with an additional referral option when certain laboratory and radiology/X-ray services are unavailable at the government-run hospital.

Under the agreement, BMC may refer admitted patients to the Butuan Puericulture Center when the required laboratory or radiology/X-ray diagnostic services are unavailable at the hospital. Qualified No Balance Billing (NBB) members and their dependents may avail of the referred services without incurring additional costs, subject to applicable PhilHealth guidelines.

The Butuan Puericulture Center operates laboratory and radiology/X-ray facilities accredited by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Health (DOH).

The measure was principally authored by City Councilors Theodore Gabriel T. Salcedo and Arturo P. Gado.

The Offices of the City Council Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Butuan conducted the Flag Ceremony on September 1, 2026, at City Hall Grounds, marking the opening of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Week 2026.

The ceremony was attended by City Council Members Hon. Glenn C. Carampatana, Hon. Gian Carlo M. Sanchez, Hon. Dennis M. Bacala, Hon. Ronaldo C. Montero, and Hon. Rema Erigbuagas-Burdeos, together with their respective legislative staff and personnel.

The activity served as a meaningful start to the week-long celebration, highlighting the commitment of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to public service, good governance, and solidarity among local legislators and government personnel.

The PCL Week 2026 is celebrated from September 1–7, 2026, anchored on the theme, “Anchoring Local Governance on Global Resilience, Protecting Filipinos Across Borders.”
