๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ง ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ-The Regional Alternative Child Care Office (RACCO) Caraga successfully facilitated its 5th Online Adoption and Foster Care Forum for the month of May on May 21, 2026, bringing together prospective adoptive and foster parents in an enriching discussion on child welfare laws and processes.
The session featured RACCO matter experts Ms. Sittie Hainnah C. Omar, SWO I, and Ms. Amormia G. Quinimon, SWO III, who shared their expertise on key legislations:
Republic Act No. 11642 โ Domestic Administrative Adoption and Alternative Child Care Act

and Additional Requirements for Foreign Nationals and Discussion on the Illegal Adoption Practices
