Inilabas na ng DILG Philippines ang 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟬𝟯𝟴 na nagtatakda ng opisyal na implementing guidelines para sa Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program (BBMP) sa ilalim ng Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF).

Nakasaad sa memorandum ang mga alituntunin para sa pag-release, paggamit, reporting, monitoring, at liquidation ng ₱200,000 financial assistance para sa bawat barangay. Ang pondo ay hahatiin sa ₱100,000 para sa limang (5) scholar-beneficiaries na tatanggap ng tig-₱20,000 educational assistance bilang “finisher fund” para sa kanilang pag-aaral, at ₱100,000 para sa mga prayoridad na proyekto ng barangay na direktang makatutugon sa pangangailangan ng komunidad.

Kasama rin sa memorandum ang mga requirements, proseso, deadlines, at mga responsibilidad ng mga barangay at iba pang kinauukulang ahensya para sa maayos na pagpapatupad ng programa.

Patuloy na hinihikayat ng Liga ang lahat ng barangay na tiyaking makasunod sa mga itinakdang requirements at maipasa ang lahat ng kinakailangang dokumento sa loob ng mga itinakdang deadline upang mapabilis ang implementasyon ng programa at agad na maihatid ang mga benepisyong nakalaan para sa bawat barangay.
