PSA Caraga joined the 2026 Regional Scientific Meeting of the DOST National Academy of Science and Technology (Mindanao Leg), where OIC Regional Director Guillermo M. Lipio, Jr. served as one of the resource persons. He presented the SDG Pace of Progress for all of Mindanao regions, highlighting the regions' strides toward sustainable development.

PSA Caraga remains committed to advancing evidence-based insights that support both regional and national growth.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Caraga, together with PSA Agusan del Norte, actively participated in the Grand Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Fair spearheaded by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) on May 28, 2026, at Robinsons Mall, Butuan City.

With the theme “Achieving Results Through Transparency and Accountability (ARTA): Towards A More Productive Bagong Pilipinas”, the fair brought together government agencies to provide frontline services in a one-stop-shop setting. This initiative forms part of the nationwide observance of Ease of Doing Business Month, declared under Proclamation No. 818 by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., to promote efficiency, transparency, and accountability in government service delivery.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) invites members of the media and the public to the Press Conference on the May 2026 Inflation Report on 05 June 2026 (Friday) at 9:00 AM

PSA Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, will present and discuss the latest inflation figures and key highlights of the report.

(SEDPI) Group of Social Enterprises, delivered Civil Registry System (CRS) and National ID Mobile Services at the FITS Center, Barangay Poblacion, Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, on June 2, 2026.

Ready for the next level of civil registration services!

PSA officers and personnel from Region X and Region XIII participated in a training on Premium Annotation under the enhanced Civil Registration System (CRS) held on May 26 to 29, 2026. The activity aims to strengthen their capacity in handling special requests for civil registry documents. This supports the upcoming Go Live implementation on June 2 to 5, 2026, ensuring faster and more efficient service delivery across PSA outlets in the regions.

Ang Community-Based Monitoring System ( ) ay nagbibigay ng household-level data na tumutulong sa local government units (LGUs) at National Government Agencies (NGAs) na magplano nang mas maayos para sa bawat pamilya at barangay.

Dahil sa CBMS, mas nakikita ang tunay na kalagayan ng bawat komunidad, kaya mas maayos ang programa at serbisyong naabot ng lahat. 🏘️💙

TINGNAN | Eksportasyon ng Ginto ng Pilipinas (April 2026)

Nitong Abril 2026, naitala ang kabuuang halaga ng eksportasyon ng ginto ng Pilipinas sa USD 380.76 milyon. Ito ay mas mataas ng 73.7% kumpara noong Abril 2025.

Samantala, umabot sa 7.31 metriko tonelada ang kabuuang bigat ng eksportasyon ng ginto ng Pilipinas, mas mataas ng 5.9% kumpara noong Abril 2025 na nasa 6.90 metriko tonelada lamang.

TINGNAN | Importasyon ng Bigas Ayon sa Bansa (April 2026)

Nitong Abril 2026, umabot sa USD 161.93 milyon ang halaga ng importasyon ng bigas sa Pilipinas at ito ay may kabuuang bigat na 399.06 libong metrikong tonelada.

Alamin ang limang pangunahing bansa na pinaggagalingan ng imported na bigas noong Abril 2026.

Vietnam – 92.2%
Cambodia – 2.8%
Thailand – 2.2%
India – 1.8%
Myanmar - 1.1%
