Please be warned that certain individuals or entities are using messaging applications and other online platforms to impersonate 𝐏𝐁𝐆𝐞𝐧. 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐃. 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐆 (𝐑𝐞𝐭.), Regional Director of LTO Region III, and solicit money by falsely claiming that a relative of the Regional Director is experiencing a medical emergency requiring immediate hospitalization or financial assistance. The public is likewise cautioned against any form of solicitation made by individuals falsely claiming to represent or act on behalf of the Regional Director.
Please be advised that the Regional Director of LTO Region III will 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 authorize or request anyone to send, transfer, or deposit money into any bank account or e-wallet, or to any individual, on his behalf.
If you receive any such message or solicitation purportedly coming from the Regional Director, this Office strongly urges the public to refrain from sending money or providing personal or financial account information to the individuals or entities involved.
The public is strongly encouraged to verify the authenticity of any message or solicitation through official channels and to report any suspicious account to the proper authorities immediately.
