The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Regional Office No. III warmly received key transport stakeholders today for a series of productive courtesy calls with Regional Director 𝐏𝐁𝐆𝐞𝐧. 𝐑𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐃. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 (𝐑𝐞𝐭.).

The first meeting was conducted with the leadership of the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 (𝐏𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐒), led by National President Marlyn Allanigue, Region III Head Evenizer Andaya, and Pampanga Head Joy Rosalin, to discuss continuous alignment on driver education standards and road safety programs.

In a separate session, Regional Director Minong also met with 𝐏𝐌𝐕𝐈𝐂 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈𝐈 to reinforce collaborative efforts on vehicle safety compliance and streamlined inspection services.

Together, these engagements highlight a shared commitment toward elevating transport standards, safety, and service delivery across Central Luzon.

𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎, 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀 — Land Transportation Office (LTO) Assistant Secretary 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐮𝐬 𝐕. 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐨 and newly-installed LTO Region III OIC-Regional Director 𝐏𝐁𝐆𝐞𝐧. 𝐑𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐃. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 (𝐑𝐞𝐭.) paid a courtesy call to Pampanga Governor 𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚 "𝐍𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐲" 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐚 and Vice Governor 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐬 "𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐚" 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐚 on Monday, July 13, 2026.

The visit served to formally introduce RD Minong following his recent appointment, while reinforcing public service collaboration between LTO Region III and the Provincial Government of Pampanga.
During the meeting, the officials discussed immediate measures to support local factory workers impacted by recent impoundments of worker shuttle vehicles. Both the Pampanga Provincial Capitol and LTO Region III are working closely to identify solutions that will ensure safe and seamless travel for commuters heading to and from their workplaces.

Sa kasalukuyan, pansamantalang tigil operasyon ang mga sumusunod na serbisyo:

• Renewal ng driver’s license
• Rehistro ng mga sasakyan
• Lahat ng kaugnay na ancillary services

Pinaaalalahanan ang lahat na pansamantalang ipagpaliban muna ang kanilang mga transaksyon at manatiling nakaantabay sa opisyal na mga anunsyo ng ahensya para sa updates.

Bilang bahagi ng ika-anim na buwan ng mga naisagawang hakbang ng pamunuan, nagkaroon ng programang “Kuwentuhan with the LTO Chief” ang Land Transportation Office (LTO) na naglalayong magbigay ng malinaw at accessible na paliwanag sa publiko hinggil sa nga polisiya, reporma, at resulta ng operasyon ng ahensya. Tampok sa unang sesyon nang nasabing programa ang paglulunsad ng “I-Report Mo Kay LTO Chief,” isang direktang sumbungan na nagbibigay sa publiko ng mabilis at madaling paraan upang mag-ulat ng reklamo, katiwalian, o concern sa pamamagitan ng website na www.ireportmokayltochief.ph at opisyal na page/messenger nito na I-Report Mo Kay LTO Chief. Ang inisyatibong ito ay kaayon ng 7-point priority agenda ni LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao, partikular sa pagpapalakas ng transparency, accountability, at agarang pagtugon sa mga hinaing ng publiko.

Sa ilalim ng “I-Report Mo Kay LTO Chief,” maaaring magsumite ang sinumang motorista o mamamayan ng kanilang ulat kaugnay ng operasyon, serbisyo, o kaugalian ng mga tauhan ng LTO, kabilang ang mga insidente ng road rage, mapanganib na pagmamaneho, at iba pang paglabag na naglalagay sa peligro sa kaligtasan sa kalsada. Ang mga matatanggap na sumbong ay agad na dadaan sa kaukulang beripikasyon upang matiyak na naaaksyunan ang bawat reklamo alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran.

Ayon kay LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao, ang nasabing inisyatibo ay bahagi ng patuloy na reporma ng ahensya upang palakasin ang accountability at gawing mas bukas ang komunikasyon sa pagitan ng gobyerno at publiko.

Hinihikayat ng LTO ang publiko na gamitin ang “I-Report Mo Kay LTO Chief” bilang isang responsableng paraan ng pakikilahok upang makatulong sa pagpapanatili ng maayos, ligtas, at mabisang sistema ng transportasyon sa bansa.

During this period, transactions will be handled through online platforms and official communication channels.
Work in all government offices is suspended starting 12:00 PM (noon) of the same day.
This measure is in line with preparations for the observance of Semana Santa 2026.

Please be informed that our office will be temporarily closed for onsite transactions on April 1, 2026, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 119 issued by the President, implementing adjusted work hours under a work-from-home arrangement.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: LTO Chief Lacanilao joins President Marcos Jr. and DOTr Sec. Lopez in fuel subsidy rollout
Land Transportation Office (LTO) Chief, Assistant Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao, joined President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Giovanni Z. Lopez, along with Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Chairperson Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, during the rollout of the Fuel Subsidy Program (FSP) for public transport workers at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
During the activity, the delegation also passed by the LTO PITX – Parañaque Licensing Center, where they briefly observed the ongoing delivery of frontline services for motorists and transport stakeholders.
The LTO remains aligned with efforts to strengthen support for the transport sector.
