📢 Attention Barangay Libtong Residents!

There will be important registration activities on April 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Barangay Libtong Covered Court. This includes:

1. PhilSys – Register for Late Registration (facilitated by Ma’am Norma)
2. Register for New Voters or Other Changes (COMELEC)

Here are the offered services:
- National ID Registration (all ages)
- Updating of Demographic Information
- Issuance of National ID (Paper Form)
- Transaction Reference Number Retrieval

Please bring the requirements:
For ages 0–4 years old:
- Original Copy of Birth Certificate of Child (PSA or Local)
- National ID of the accompanying parent or guardian
- Presence of the parent or guardian

For ages 5 years old and above (any of the following):
- Original Copy of Birth Certificate (PSA or Local)
- Any government-issued ID
- Marriage Certificate (if married)

Kindly take note:
- For individuals without birth certificates or valid IDs, please bring a Barangay Certification indicating complete name, date of birth, and place of birth.
- For updating and correction of demographic information, bring supporting documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, recent Certificate of Residency, etc.).
- No to double registration (if already registered, please don’t register again).

Join us in this important activity — secure your National ID, register as a new voter, or make changes to your voter information. Thank you, and see you at the Covered Court!
