𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Today, August 11, 2026, the Local Government Unit of Burauen warmly welcomes 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙇𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙄𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 as part of the annual pilgrimage tradition among the barangays of our municipality.

The venerated image of our Holy Patroness was received with faith and devotion through a Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Joseph Gregory Buñales.

Honorable Mayor Fe Sudario-Renomeron joins the Municipal Health Office of Burauen and the Department of Health in encouraging parents and guardians to have their children vaccinated as part of the August 2026 Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA).

Parents and guardians of children 6 to 59 months old are encouraged to bring their children to the nearest health center or designated vaccination site. Measles and rubella are highly contagious diseases, but they can be prevented through timely and safe vaccination.

The Local Government Unit of Burauen formally inaugurated the Burauen Wastewater Treatment Facility at the Burauen Commercial Complex on July 20, 2026, marking another milestone in the municipality's commitment to environmental sustainability and improved public sanitation.

Established to ensure the proper collection, treatment, and disposal of wastewater generated within the commercial complex, the facility aims to protect public health, preserve water quality, and promote responsible environmental management.

The inauguration ceremony was led by Municipal Mayor Hon. Fe Sudario-Renomeron, while the blessing of the facility was officiated by Rev. Fr. Carlos S. Rodriguez Jr. The event signifies the local government's continued efforts to invest in infrastructure that supports a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Burauen.
