LOGO DESIGN CONTEST
GUIDELINES:
1. The contest is open to all digital artists.
2. Contest duration is from October 10, 2022 to October 30, 2022.
3. Only one (1) entry per participant.
4. Top 5 logo designs will be selected and judged accordingly.
5. Logo must include or reflect the symbols of the Province of Maguindanao del Sur. Design must effectively portray the Core Elements of the Province.
6. The design must include a silhouette of woman. This shall be the focal point for the design.
7. The logo shall only include the name Maguindanao Del Sur and no other.
8. The Design must be in JPEG format together with the Description of the logo (meaning of the details, colors and all others that describes the logo in general). Description must be in Word format and shall include the Logo and explanation.

10. For the TOP 5 contestants, we will be asking you to send the logo design in PSD format.
11. By entering the contest, participants declare that the submitted entry is their original work, have not been submitted to any other contest and does not infringe any 3rd party’s existing copyright. Any complaint that may arise due to similarities, likeness or comparison to any existing design would be the accountability of the participant as he/she would be responsible to prove its authenticity.
12. The logo design competition shall be judged according to the following criteria:
40% - Relevance to the theme and guidelines 30% - Originality
30% - Creativity and Impact
13. The winning design, and its artist, shall sign a property release for the intent that the Province of Maguindanao Del Sur shall fully own the rights to and over the logo.
14. The Province of Maguindanao Del Sur has the right to further refine, alter or make any improvements on the winning design without permission from the artist.
15. The Province of Maguindanao shall have full exclusive rights to the winning logo design, to publish it on any of their Official Platform.
16. Prizes for the competition:
1st Prize - ₱10,000.00
Consolation Prize - ₱ 2,000.00
17. The decision of the Judges shall be final and irrevocable.
18. The winners will be announced during the Celebration of Founding Anniversary of the Province of Maguindanao. They will be notified by the organizer on how to claim their prizes.
