The LGU Buluan conducted cleaning, trimming, and pruning at Buluan National High School.

LGU-Buluan through the initiative of Former Mayor Datu Ibrahim "Jong" Mangudadatu, under the leadership of our Young Active Mayor Babydats D. Mangudadatu, Vice Mayor Bai Rhamla M. The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Energy-BARMM conducted a Training on Design Construction and Operation of Sanitary Landfill on August 23-24, 2022 with the speaker from Ridge to Reef, Incorporated, and the representatives such as the Local Government Units (LGUs) in the Provinces of BARMM, CENREO, PENREO, and the Ministry of Interior Local Government.

On the first (1st) day of the training, the facilitators discusses different topics such as the importance of Sanitary Landfill Facility (SLF) category 1 and 2, Design Review and Construction Monitoring Site Preparations, Landfill Liners, Leachate Management System, and Environmental Monitoring System.

On the Second (2nd) day of training, the participants visited the SLF of LGU-Midsayap and the LGU-Pigcawayan Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) to have a guide planning and design in developing a Sanitary Landfill Facility (SLF).
