MAY 06, 2026 | PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED EODB CHAMPION ORDINANCE โ PROVINCE OF BULACAN
The Provincial Government of Bulacan, through the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, conducted a public hearing on the proposed ordinance entitled โAn Ordinance Institutionalizing the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Champion Program in the Province of Bulacan and Providing Mechanisms for Its Implementation.โ Anchored on Republic Act No. 11032, the measure establishes a province-wide, performance-based framework that promotes efficiency, transparency, and innovation in public service delivery across all Local Government Units (LGUs).
