Magandang pakikitungo sa customers = repeat customers. Minsan, good service ang dahilan kung bakit bumabalik sila.

Ang magandang pakikitungo sa customers ay isa sa pinakamahalagang susi sa tagumpay ng isang negosyo. Kapag naramdaman ng customers na sila ay pinapahalagahan, nirerespeto, at inaasikaso nang maayos, mas malaki ang posibilidad na bumalik sila at maging loyal na customer.

Hindi lamang produkto ang binibili ng customers—binibili rin nila ang magandang karanasan sa pakikipagtransaksyon sa iyong negosyo. Isang simpleng ngiti, maayos na pakikipag-usap, mabilis na pagtugon sa tanong o reklamo, at pagiging magalang ay malaking bagay na para sa kanila.

Tandaan na minsan, kahit may ibang mas murang produkto sa ibang lugar, bumabalik pa rin ang customers dahil sa magandang serbisyo na kanilang naranasan.

Magandang serbisyo = masayang customer = repeat customers. 🌟

The Municipality of Bula, under the leadership of Mayor Manuel A. Ibasco Jr., warmly invites everyone to take part in the 452nd Town Foundation Anniversary / Kawayan Festival 2026 on April 12–18, 2026 with the inspiring theme “Bula: Banwaan na nagkakaurusad asin nagkakaburunyog.”

This weeklong celebration highlights the rich culture, traditions, and customs of the Bulaeños, showcasing the municipality’s strong foundations in agriculture, bamboo heritage, and community unity. The festival serves as a meaningful gathering that celebrates the identity, creativity, and cooperation of the people of Bula.

A variety of exciting activities have been prepared for everyone to enjoy, including the Bula Masarig Half Marathon, Friendship Dinner of LGU-Pili and LGU-Bula, Agri-Fishery Summit, Amrian CookFest, Kawayan Job Fair, Municipal Talakayan, Festival / Folk Dance Competition, Zumbamboo, Civic / Tinagba Float Parade, and CineBula: Kawayan Short Film Festival, along with many other cultural, social, and community-centered events.

Join us as we celebrate 452 years of Bula’s history, resilience, and unity—a festival that honors our heritage while looking forward to a more progressive and united future.
