Conduct of IPMR Reselection at Brgy. Pugay, Baao, Camarines Sur facilitated by Atty. Louise Faye E. Oyardo, Provincial Legal Officer of NCIP Cam Sur together with Buhi Staff headed by Imelda G. Pantaleon, Zarina Z. San Andres & Catalina B. Rivera. Mrs. Melanie Fraginal was the sole nominee & was confirmed by the Chairman of the Selectors as IPMR of Pugay.
