Interested and qualified applicants from Buguias, Benguet for the Government Internship Program (GIP) who are unable to submit their requirements at the Office of the Congressman are advised to proceed to the LCR Office, Buguias Municipal Hall for the submission of their documents on or before June 3, 2026, 3:00 PM.

The month of June began with a meaningful Flag Raising Ceremony at the LGU Buguias.

During the ceremony, LGU Buguias proudly received the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG) 2025, a recognition of the municipality's commitment to promoting and protecting the welfare of children. The award was personally presented by MLGOO Ronnel Ramirez.

Also celebrated during the program were our June birthday celebrants. A special prayer and blessing were led by Municipal Agriculturist Delfin Rufino, who further shared his musical talent by performing a song for all LGU employees, adding joy and inspiration to the occasion.

Today’s Flag Raising Ceremony was made even more meaningful with the presence of 2LT Jethro Vicente Calion PAF, a proud graduate of PMA Class “Talang Dangal” Class of 2026.

Following the ceremony, 2LT Calion also paid a courtesy call to Mayor Julius Amos. His achievement serves as an inspiration to the youth and a source of pride for the Municipality of Buguias.
