Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office spearheaded the refresher course for basic rescue principle to the barangay council members, functionaries, and emergency response team last February 18, 2024 at the Barangay Health Station, Lower Tabbacan, Abatan.

This short refresher serves as preparation for the Safety Olympics, being one of the major activities for the Albubo Festival 2025 to be held on March 03-09, 2025 at Loo Oval.
