Dr. Arguelles conducted Instructional Supervision to Valderrama Central Elementary School under the leadership of Mrs. Consuelo P. Gario, the Principal 2 and Valderrama National High School under the leadership of Dr. Salvador Sembran, the Principal 1. It was a successful activity, significant TAs were provided and the best of the teachers and school leaders were demonstrated.

INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION IN THE DISTRICTS OF BUGASONG AND VALDERRAMA IS ON ITS WAY

In the performance of his primary mandate, providing instructional supervision to schools thru the schools heads and the masters teachers, Dr. Daryl B. Arguelles, the District Supervisor conducted Instructional Supervision to Tagudtud ES, Talisay ES, Igsoro IS in the District of Bugasong and Pandanan ES in the District of Valderrama. These schools were first for the month of November. On going IS is still happening in Valderrama Central School before the two districts will focus on the Mid-Year In-Service Training (INSET) coming November 25-29, 2024.

INNOVATION AND RESEARCH FORUM: A GATEWAY TO FOSTERING A BOUNTIFUL AND VIBRANT CULTURE OF RESEARCH AND INNOVATION IN BUGASONG AND VALDERRAMA DISTRICTS

October 25,2024, Bugasong and Valderrama Districts under the leadership of Dr. Daryl B. Arguelles,the PSDS, held the Innovation and Research Forum. The activity aimed to foster a bountiful and vibrant culture of research and innovation in the two districts. It was the highly competent and very accommodating Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning and Research of SDO Antique, Dr. Martin John M. Salanatin who served as the resource speaker. The activity was attended by a total of 105 participants,composed of school heads, school research coordinators and school innovation focal persons.

This forum is an initiative of Mr. Bernard Jake M. Abrico, HT 1 of Buluangan 2 ES / District INSET Coordinator of Valderrama and Dr. Joebeth O. Tatoy, TIC of Babangan ES/District INSET Coordinator and Innovation Focal Person of Bugasong District under the guidance of District Supervisor Dr. Daryl B. Arguelles.

Previous innovation showdown winners were presented in the forum, and one of the most notable is the Project Asud-ay Bugasong of Former District Supervisor Julian S. Ambay, a 3rd Placer Innovation in the 2022 Regional Innovation Showdown.
