HOLY COMMUNION

The Grade 4 learners celebrated their Holy Communion with joy and excitement. After weeks of preparation and prayer, they were finally ready to receive the Eucharist for the first time. During the Mass, the children walked quietly to the altar to receive the Body of Christ. As they said β€œAmen,” they remembered the love of Jesus Christ and felt happy to welcome Him into their hearts. It was a meaningful day for the learners, their families, and teachers as they celebrated this important step in their faith.

On this day, we celebrate the power of brushing our teeth twice a day to keep them strong, clean, and bright. Toothbrushing helps wash away food particles and germs that can cause cavities and bad breath, keeping our mouths happy and healthy. By taking just two minutes in the morning and at night, we protect our smiles and build a habit that lasts a lifetime. National Toothbrushing Day encourages everyoneβ€”kids and adults alikeβ€”to grab a toothbrush, use fluoride toothpaste, and brush with pride, because every great smile begins with good oral care. 🦷
