Please be informed that there will be an interview on August 12, 2026, to be held at the Barangay Simbalan Covered Court @ 8:00 o'clock in the morning.

All applicants are encouraged to attend on the said date. Kindly bring the necessary documents and be on time.

📋 MGA REQUIREMENTS NGA KINAHANGLANG DAD-ON:
✅ Barangay Certification (Proof of Residency nga sa Buenavista nagpuyo – at least 1 kada couple
✅ Birth Certificate (sa matag usa)
✅ CENOMAR (LIBRE c/o LCRO)
✅ Valid ID

💡 IMPORTANTENG PAHINUMDOM:
✅ Edad 18-24 anyos: Kinahanglan ang Parents Consent / Advice. Mopirma ang ginikanan ug magdala og Valid ID.
✅ Edad 25 anyos pataas: Dili na kinahanglan ang Parents Consent.
✅ Nag-ipon og 5 ka tuig pataas: Magkuha og Barangay Certification isip pamatuod nga nag-ipon na. Ipabutang usab ang Pangalan sa mga Anak, Birth Date, ug Birthplace para basihan namo sa paghimo sa Affidavit of Cohabitation.
