As part of the Hakbang ng Pag-asa Program, the Sangguniang Kabataan proudly distributed school shoes to our high school students in Brgy. Ilayang Wasay. 🥿✨

This initiative aims to support our youth by providing them with the proper footwear to start the school year with confidence and comfort. Every step they take toward their education matters, and we want to make sure they have what they need to succeed. 👟📚

📚 School Supplies Distribution to High School Students

Sa araw na ito, nagsagawa ang Sangguniang Kabataan ng School Supplies Distribution para sa ating mga high school students sa Brgy. Ilayang Wasay. 🎒✏️

Layunin ng programang ito na matulungan ang mga kabataan sa kanilang pag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng mga kinakailangang school supplies. Ang bawat notebook, lapis, at iba pang gamit ay hakbang patungo sa isang mas magaan na taon ng pag-aaral para sa ating mga estudyante. 💚

Malaki ang aming pasasalamat sa lahat ng mga kabataang nakilahok at sa patuloy na pagsuporta ng ating komunidad. Sama-sama, itaguyod natin ang edukasyon at tiyakin ang mas magandang kinabukasan para sa bawat kabataan ng Brgy. Ilayang Wasay. ✨

🧹 Clean-Up Drive –

Ngayong araw, ang mga benepisyaryo ng School Supplies Distribution at Sapatos sa Kabataan: Hakbang ng Pag-asa Program ay nagkaisa para sa isang matagumpay na Clean-Up Drive sa ating barangay. 💪🌿

Ang aktibidad na ito ay hindi lang basta paglilinis, kundi isang hakbang patungo sa pagpapakita ng responsibilidad at pagmamalasakit sa ating komunidad at kalikasan. Ipinakita ng ating mga kabataan ang kanilang diwa ng bayanihan at ang kahalagahan ng pagtutulungan upang mapanatili ang kalinisan at kaayusan ng ating kapaligiran. 🌍♻️

Ang Sangguniang Kabataan ay patuloy na nagsusulong ng mga programang hindi lamang tumutulong sa edukasyon at kabuhayan, kundi nagtuturo rin ng malasakit at pananagutan sa ating komunidad. Sa bawat proyekto at inisyatiba, nais naming itaguyod ang mga kabataang may malasakit sa kapwa at kalikasan. 💚

A huge congratulations to our SK Chairperson, Danica P. Rabi, for being invited as one of the Resource Speakers at the Student Leadership Training: Inspiring Leaders to Lead organized by Cabong Elementary School! 🌟

During the session, Chairperson Danica shared her knowledge and insights on the powerful topic of Self-Awareness and Personal Leadership—an essential foundation for any aspiring leader. Her message focused on understanding oneself, embracing strengths and weaknesses, and using that self-awareness to lead with integrity, confidence, and purpose. 💡✨

It was a proud moment for the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Ilayang Wasay to be represented at such an important event that encourages and empowers young leaders in our community. We are so proud of Chairperson Danica for sharing her experience and inspiring the future leaders of tomorrow! 👏

"Human Train Race: Run, Tag, and Teamwork! 🚂🏃‍♂️
On August 17, 2025, during Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, the Human Train Race challenged teams to work together in a fast-paced relay! The first runner took off from the starting line, raced to the other side, and picked up the next teammate. Then, that teammate ran back, picked up another teammate, and so on until everyone had completed the race! 🏃‍♀️💨

The key to winning? Teamwork, speed, and making sure everyone stayed in sync. The first team to have all members complete the relay won! 🏆

"Legged Race: Teamwork in Every Step! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
On August 17, 2025, during Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, the Legged Race challenged teams to work together in the most fun way! Each pair was tied together by one leg and had to race from the starting point to a bench on the other side and back. 🏁

It was all about timing, coordination, and teamwork, as partners had to move in sync to get to the finish line the fastest! The team that made it back first won the race. 🏆

"Calamansi Relay: Balance, Speed, and Fun! 🍋🏃
On August 17, 2025, during Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, the Calamansi Relay had teams racing with a twist! Each member had to carry a calamansi on a spoon held in their mouth — no hands allowed! From the starting point, they raced to the base, made a turn, and carefully passed the calamansi to the next teammate without dropping it! 🥄💨

It was a race of precision, balance, and speed, where the team that made it back the fastest, without dropping the calamansi, took home the win! 🏆

"Patintero: Classic Fun, Ultimate Teamwork! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
On August 17, 2025, during Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, everyone got moving with the classic Filipino game of Patintero! Teams raced across the field, dodging and strategizing to make it to the other side without getting tagged. ⚡️💨

It was all about speed, timing, and working together to outsmart the other team. The game brought back memories of childhood fun while showing that teamwork and quick reflexes can make all the difference! 🏅💚

Wind and Win: 🌬️🎉

On August 17, 2025, during Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, the Wind and Win Challenge put teamwork to the test! Each team member had to take turns using a fan to blow a tissue around a course, from the starting line to the base. Once one member made it back to the start, the next teammate would pick up where they left off, keeping the tissue moving with the breeze! 🌀💨

The goal? Complete the course as fast as possible, with each member playing their part in guiding the tissue to the finish line! The team that finished in the shortest time took home the win. 🏁💨
