📢 PARTIAL INCIDENT REPORT | Fire Incident in Barangay Rogero, Bubong, Lanao del Sur

Today, a fire incident occurred in Barangay Rogero, Bubong, Lanao del Sur, affecting a total of five (5) structures, including four (4) residential houses belonging to different families and the Barangay Hall.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Ramain promptly responded to the incident and successfully brought the fire under control, preventing further damage to nearby properties.

As of this report, no casualties or injuries have been recorded. Assessment and validation of the affected families and damaged properties are still ongoing.

The Bubong Rural Health Unit (RHU) Led by MHO De. Anesah Madid Tominoray remains on standby and committed to providing immediate medical assistance and emergency health services should the need arise.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the BFP personnel, local responders, barangay officials, and community volunteers who worked together to respond to the incident and ensure the safety of the affected residents.

We continue to pray for the safety, strength, and recovery of all families affected by this unfortunate event.

📢 LOOK | PUROKALUSOGAN Conducted at Barangay Pantar, Dimayon Proper, and Matampay, Bubong, Lanao del Sur

Alhamdulillah! The Purokalusogan Program was successfully conducted today in the barangays of Pantar, Dimayon Proper, and Matampay, Bubong, Lanao del Sur through the collaborative efforts of the Bubong Rural Health Unit and the respective Barangay Local Government Units.

The activity was attended and supported by barangay officials from the different barangays, whose cooperation and participation greatly contributed to the successful implementation of the program. Their continued support reflects a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of their constituents.

As part of the implementation of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Program, the activity aimed to bring accessible and quality healthcare services closer to the community while strengthening health awareness among residents.

Health education sessions and advocacy discussions were conducted regarding:
✅ Safe Motherhood and Prenatal Care
✅ Immunization Program
✅ Nutrition and Family Planning
✅ WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene)

📢 LOOK | Kidney Disease Orientation and Advocacy Program Conducted Today

Alhamdulillah! The Kidney Disease Orientation, Advocacy, Prevention and Control Program was successfully conducted today through the collaboration of the Ministry of Health (MOH-BARMM), Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO) of Lanao del Sur, and the Bubong Rural Health Unit.

The orientation and lecture were conducted by the MOH NCD Staff, focusing on the prevention, early detection, and proper management of kidney diseases and other non-communicable diseases. Important topics discussed included healthy lifestyle practices, regular monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar, proper nutrition, hydration, and the importance of early consultation to prevent kidney complications.

The activity was attended by RHU staff, Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), and Barangay Nutrition Workers (BNWs) who actively participated in the discussion and learning sessions. We also acknowledge the presence and participation of DTTB Dr. Haniya Angintaopan, together with MOH and IPHO personnel, for supporting the advocacy program.

This activity aims to strengthen community health awareness and improve preventive healthcare services through continuous education and partnership among healthcare providers and community health workers.

Together, let us promote healthier communities through awareness, prevention, and quality healthcare services.

The Purokalusogan Program was successfully conducted today at Barangay Batangan and Barangay Dibarosan, Bubong, Lanao del Sur, bringing essential healthcare services closer to the community through the efforts of the Bubong Rural Health Unit in partnership with the respective Barangay Local Government Units.

The activity aimed to strengthen the implementation of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Program by providing accessible, community-based health services and increasing public awareness on important health programs.

As part of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Program, the activity aimed to bring accessible and quality healthcare services closer to the people, especially those in the barangays.

The catchment area for Barangay Ramain is under the supervision of Ma’am Norhanifa Bubong, RN, an assigned Nurse Deployment Program (NDP) Nurse, who continuously supports and monitors health services in the community.

Health education and awareness discussions were conducted by RHU personnel covering important programs such as:

On May 11, 2026, Safe Motherhood Week 2026 was successfully conducted under the theme: “Kalidad ng Pangangalaga sa Ina, Kalusugan ng Sanggol may Garantiya,” under the leadership of Dr. Anesah M. Tominoray.

The activity aimed to strengthen awareness on maternal and newborn health through comprehensive health education discussions focusing on Safe Pregnancy, the importance of completing the 8 Antenatal Care (ANC) Visits, Maternal Nutrition, recognition of Danger Signs during Pregnancy, Facility-Based Delivery, and the completion of the 4 Postnatal Care (PNC) Visits and Family Planning

In addition, essential healthcare services were provided to pregnant and postpartum mothers, including HIV testing, Hemoglobin testing, blood pressure monitoring, deworming, Tetanus-Diphtheria (TD) vaccination, and the distribution of supplements such as Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS), Calcium Carbonate, Iron with Folic Acid, and Vitamin A.

This initiative reflects the continuing commitment to ensuring quality maternal healthcare and promoting the health and well-being of both mothers and infants within the community.

Alhamdulillah! The Purokalusogan Program held today at Barangay Madanding, Bubong, Lanao del Sur was successfully conducted through the strong collaboration between the Barangay Local Government Unit of Madanding and the Bubong Rural Health Unit under the leadership of Dr. Anesah M. Tominoray.

The activity was warmly attended and supported by Barangay officials led by Barangay Chairman Hon. Jalil B. Abdul Jaffar, together with his council and the SK Chairman Hon. Prince Farhan P. Baunto. Their active participation greatly contributed to the success of the program.

As part of the implementation of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Program, the activity aimed to bring essential health services closer to the community and ensure easier access to healthcare for every family.

The catchment area for Barangay Madanding is under the supervision of Sir Haysam M. Nasser, RN, an assigned Nurse Deployment Program (NDP) Nurse, who continuously supports and monitors health services in the area.

Different health programs were discussed and highlighted by RHU personnel to increase community awareness and promote healthier practices:

• Safe Motherhood Program (SMP) – discussed by Ma’am Hayfa P. Cader, RN, emphasizing the importance of maternal care and safe pregnancy.
• Immunization Program – discussed by Ma’am Norhanifa Bubong, RN, highlighting the importance of complete vaccination for children.
• Nutrition and Family Planning Program – discussed by Ma’am Isnairah I. Noor, RN, focusing on proper nutrition, child growth monitoring, responsible parenthood, and reproductive health.
• WASH Program – presented by Sir Mahid Moctar (RSI), emphasizing proper sanitation, hygiene, and clean water practices in the community.
• To***co Intervention Program – briefly discussed by Ma’am Isnihay Mimbantas, RN, encouraging smoking prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Program – highlighted by Haysam M. Nasser, RN, focusing on hypertension, diabetes prevention, healthy lifestyle, and early screening.
• Oral Health Program – conducted by Dr. Hisham U. Doro, who demonstrated proper toothbrushing techniques and provided dental check-ups for children and dental kit.
