A successful event initiated by Hon. Gina A. Algo, Kagawad and Chairman on Women’s and Social Services, through the GAD Program of Barangay San Gabriel. We thank our Barangay Officials headed by Hon. Enrique A. Alde for their full support and commitment to the development of our community.

The seminar entitled “Pamilya at Kakayahan: Karapatang Alam, Karapatang Igalang” was held today, October 19, 2025, at the Barangay San Gabriel Covered Court. The speakers were Ms. Angela Marie A. Ganaba, who discussed RA 9262 (VAWC), Magna Carta for Women, and RA 11861 (Solo Parents Act); Ms. Marianne A. Ganaba, who talked about Responsible Parenthood and the ERPAT Program; and Hon. Cedrick D. Asis, who shared about PWD Rights and Inclusion.

The participants included Solo Parents, PWDs, and Couples, who also received certificates, 3 kilos of rice, and goods.

Let us all continue to be united for the growth, empowerment, and progress of our barangay!
