By the order of CO LCDR Rodgiet Ranara PN(R), CMAA CPO Mae Ranara PN(R) together with SN1 Arhellia Puga PN(R) paid courtesy call to Red Cross Boracay-Malay Chapter headed by the OIC Ms. Rona Inocensio with personnel CSR RCY/FG Ms. Stella Carreon and CSR SS/DM Mr. Renz Ralph.
The purpose of the visit is to establish collaboration
with regards in providing proper and continues trainings to the personnel of 823rd NSR, 82nd NGR, NFR-WV.
Proposed trainings were Skills in handling emergency responses such as first aiding, skills in disaster management and also skills in phycho social. These trainings deemed necessary to our personnel who often times rendered community services especially in the island of Boracay.

This is also to help us organize and prepare future calendar activities subject for approval by the CO NRCen Capt. Ariel Leonida PN.

With the partnership of Philippine Redcross Boracay Chapter(Ma'am Rona, Ma'am Star, Ma'am Marj, Sir Renz), Our Lady of Holy Parish Balabag Church & Fr. B**g, MDMRRC Malay, MHO, the 823rd Naval Squadron Reserve Unit hosted the blood letting activities yesterday December 12, 2020 held in Balabag Church.
We catered 107 registered participants, 84 succesfull donors....
It is fulfilling and successful event despite of this year's pandemic and rain.

Having the passion to serve our people, 823RD NSR, 82ND NGR, NFR-WV spearheaded by the unit Commanding Officer LCDR Rodgiet Ranara PN(R) hosted a Mass Blood Letting Activity in partnership with Red Cross Boracay Chapter, Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish, MDRRMC Malay, MHO, Motag Hospital with a theme "Blood is Life... Donate... and Save Life".

With earnest gratitude, we wish to extend to our supporters and brave donors who had help us made once again a very successful event and were able to collect 42,000cc of blood.
