The SPARK Training Program provides ICT learning opportunities for unemployed Filipinos, especially priority sectors such as PWDs, women, OFWs, and residents from GIDA areas.

Participants will undergo intensive training, skills assessment, portfolio development, and employability preparation under DICT-approved courses including General Virtual Assistance (GVA) and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
