The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has issued the Omnibus Rules on the Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN)—consolidating and updating existing guidelines to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability in government.

The new rules make the process clearer, streamlined, and more efficient—introducing provisions for digital submission and online oath-taking, and clarifying policies on public access to SALNs.

Through these enhanced measures, the CSC reaffirms its commitment to strengthening public trust in the civil service.
