EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 67 SERIES OF 2024

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER PRESCRIBING GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS ON THE OPERATIONS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CEMETERIES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND ORDERLINESS DURING THE OBSERVANCE OF ALL SAINT’S DAY AND ALL SOUL’S DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLINAO, PANGASINAN

SECTION 1: PROTOCOLS/GUIDELINES TO BE OBSERVED DURING UNDAS
The following shall be strictly observed during the observance of Undas 2024:

1. LIQUORS, GAMBLING, VIDEOKE, PORTABLE SPEAKERS, FIRECRACKERS, ILLEGAL FIREARMS/BLADED WEAPONS and the like are not allowed inside and within the permises of all cemeteries.

2. Taking or keeping of things such as candles, flowers, food and other offerings at tombs without the consent or permission of the deceased person’s relatives is strictly prohibited.

3. Maintain the cleanliness inside and within the premises of cemeteries. Avoid littering and dispose garbage properly.

4. One(1) Entry and One(1) Exit policy shall be applied to all cemeteries;

5. For their safety, ALL SENIOR CITIZENS, PREGNANT WOMEN, PWDs, PERSONS WITH ILLNESSES are still highly encouraged to wear facemask during their visit to cemeteries.

SECTION 2: INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM
For smooth implementation of the guidelines in this executive order, an INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM(ICS) shall be established. The ICS organizational structure and functions are consistent with the Executive Order No. 20, S. 2022.

SECTION 3: TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
TRAFFIC ROUTE
On November 1, 2024 , portion of Jacobo Clave St. (from entrance of Municipal Cemetery to intersections of Celestial Cemeteries) shall be temporarily closed. Only Senior Citizens, PWDs and Persons with Comorbidities are allowed to pass through
Jacobo Clave Street.

TRAFFIC MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT
The PNP Bolinao Station Personnel LGU Traffic Enforces and CVOs of Luciente I shall work together to ensure orderly flow on November 1, 2024.

SECTION 4: EFFECTIVITY
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
