Arnedo Elementary School Joins 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
ARNEDO, BOLINAO, PANGASINAN — September 10, 2026.
Arnedo Elementary School participated in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026 held at exactly 2:00 p.m. today.
The drill aimed to strengthen the preparedness of teachers and learners in responding to possible earthquake emergencies. Upon the sounding of the alarm, pupils at home and school personnel in school practiced the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure before safely evacuating to the designated assembly area.
School Head Jolina Caracas led the school community in the earthquake preparedness activity, emphasizing the importance of staying calm, following safety protocols, and being ready during emergencies.
The activity demonstrated Arnedo Elementary School’s commitment to promoting a culture of safety and disaster preparedness among its learners and personnel.
