In preparation for the upcoming celebration of National Flag Days 2026, personnel of the Museo ng Pamana at Kasaysayang Boholano proudly displayed Philippine flags and buntings throughout the museum premises as a symbol of patriotism, unity, and respect for the nationโs heritage.
Pursuant to Section 30 of Republic Act No. 8491, otherwise known as the Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines, the period from 28 May to 12 June of each year is declared as National Flag Days. During this period, all government offices, agencies, and instrumentalities, as well as business establishments, educational institutions, and private homes, are encouraged to prominently display the National Flag as an expression of nationalism and solidarity among Filipinos.
Let us continue to honor the sacrifices of our heroes and uphold the dignity of our National Flag as we commemorate this important national observance.
