𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐓 𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 👏

Rashil Rae R. Recorte of Visayas State University–Baybay secured the Top 1 rank in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET/LEPT) - Secondary Level with a 95.80% rating.

This is being recognized as the highest board rating in LET history, setting a new benchmark for future examinees.

𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒂 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝟒𝑷𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒂 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒐𝒑𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓, Recorte’s journey reflects resilience, discipline, and excellence. DSWD Eastern Visayas also reported that eight former 4Ps beneficiaries from the region became LET topnotchers, including Recorte as Top 1.

For context, LET topnotcher ratings usually range from 87% to 94%.

PRC announced that 63,377 out of 94,357 examinees (67.17%) passed the March 2026 LET, the highest passing rate in modern history.

The College of Education's BEED and BSED programs exhibited commendable performance in the March 2026 BLEPT, with both programs significantly exceeding the national passing rate. This success is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our graduates, faculty, and academic administrators.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all successful examinees and express our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to this remarkable achievement.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) will offer a 50% discount to all passengers of the MRT-3 and LRT-2 starting Monday, March 23.

Pirma na lang ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos ang kulang para maisabatas ang pag-suspend sa fuel excise tax.

Ito'y matapos i-adopt ng Kamara nitong Miyerkoles ang Senate bill para rito.

Alamin dito ang minimum na maibabawas sa presyo ng ilang produktong petrolyo kung magkaroon ng full suspension sa nasabing buwis.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) will implement a 50% discount for all MRT-3 and LRT-2 passengers, effective Monday, March 23, 2026.

Regular beep cardholders are entitled to a 50% discount, while passengers without beep cards can still purchase single-journey tickets at half price.

The 50% fare discount remains in effect for senior citizens, PWDs and students using white beep cards.

DOTr is currently coordinating with the LRT-1 management to extend the same fare discounts to its passengers. | via Andrew Ronquillo
