ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 4

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 134, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented at all levels in public and private educational institutions in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 4, 2026, unless their respective Local Chief Executives direct the cancellation or suspension of classes:

The measure is in view of the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and poor air quality in the NCR caused by haze from severe forest and peatland fires in Kalimantan and Sumatra, Indonesia.

Localized cancellation or suspension of classes in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives.

An 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 was conducted with the participation of School Heads, SDRRM Coordinators, selected teachers representing various grade levels, SPTA Officers, and non-teaching personnel to enhance the school community’s preparedness and capacity to respond effectively to emergencies and disasters.

The session highlighted appropriate safety measures and response procedures for earthquakes, fires, and other emergency situations, including preparations for the upcoming National Simultaneous School Safety Drill.

Through continuous training, coordination, and active participation, the school community remains committed to promoting a strong culture of safety, preparedness, and resilience.

Sa kabila ng pagsuspinde ng face-to-face classes dahil sa masamang panahon ngayong 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏,𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) agad na ipinatupad ng 𝐁𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 ang 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐀𝐃𝐌) upang matiyak na magpapatuloy ang pagkatuto ng ating mga mag-aaral habang inuuna ang kanilang kaligtasan.

Sa pangunguna ng ating 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐈𝐈, 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐋. 𝐃𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬, at sa tulong ng ating mga masisipag na g**o, gayundin ng mga magulang at tagapag-alaga, matagumpay na naipagpatuloy ng ating mga mag-aaral ang kanilang pag-aaral mula sa kani-kanilang tahanan sa pamamagitan ng angkop na mga estratehiya sa pagkatuto.

Ang mga larawang ito ay sumasalamin sa matatag na dedikasyon ng 𝐁𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 sa pagbibigay ng de-kalidad, inklusibo, at tuloy-tuloy na edukasyon sa kabila ng mga hindi inaasahang hamon. Ipinakikita rin nito ang bayanihan, pagtutulungan, at katatagan ng buong komunidad ng paaralan upang matiyak na walang mag-aaral ang maiiwan sa pagkatuto.

Sa 𝐁𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, kaligtasan ang una, ngunit hindi humihinto ang pagkatuto—ulan man o araw.

Manatiling ligtas, mag-ingat, at sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang pagkatuto saan man naroroon.

Dahil sa tayo po ngayon ay nasa Red Rainfall Warning Level dulot ng Southwest Monsoon o Hanging Habagat dahilan upang tayo po ay makakaranas ng malakas pag-ulan bukas.

WALANG FACE TO FACE CLASSES SA LAHAT NG ANTAS NG MGA PRIBADO AT PAMPUBLIKONG PAARALAN bukas, SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 sa ating bayan upang masig**o ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral.

Ipapatupad ang ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE OF LEARNING (ADM) upang ligtas na makapag-aral ang mga bata.

Maging alerto at mag-iingat po tayong lahat, Bocaueños.
