From June 2025 to June 2026, Sites Titling Office (STO) Marinduque - Team Lupa has poured relentless effort, dedication, and heart into securing the future of our public schools through . As we look back on this year-long journey, we are filled with immense gratitude for the strategic collaborations, community support, and hard work that made these milestones possible.
Here is a glimpse of what Team Lupa has accomplished in numbers:
๐Ÿ“œ 15 Titles Successfully Issued: Granting full land security to 15 schools (including 13 Original Certificates of Title via Special Patent and 2 Transfer Certificates of Title).
๐Ÿ“ 17 Special Patents Applied: Laying down the legal groundwork for 17 more target sites awaiting official issuance.
๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ 28 Sites with Relocation Survey Plans & 22 Sites Awaiting Approved Subdivision Plans: Forged through intensive field operations and boundary delineations early this year.

Through our commitment to Project TiTULO, the Sites Titling Office (STO) continues to work hand-in-hand with our school partners to navigate the Special Patent application process. Our goal is clear: to ensure every school site is legally protected and officially titled.

On February 24, 2026, Engr. Elmerio M. Marquez and Engr. Michael Angelo L. Jimenez of the Sites Titling Office participated in a committee meeting chaired by Hon. Harold Y. Red at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Sta. Cruz.

The meeting tackled the Deed of Donation for a 700-sqm Barangay Multi-Purpose Covered Court, reviewing Municipal Resolution No. 36 s. 2011 and the Resolution dated May 2013.
