On May 15, the City Government of Bislig, through the City Administrator’s Office, conducted the 2026 Bislig Scholarship Qualifying Examination. More than five hundred (500) applicants across the different categories, namely, Senior High School (SHS), College, and Post-Graduate, braved and conquered the exam.

The success of the event was facilitated by the examination team from different offices and partner agencies, ensuring a robust and safe examination for both the morning and afternoon sessions. This initiative is anchored on City Ordinance No. 2023-09, also known as The Scholarship Code, thereby strengthening the LGU's commitment to improving the local education sector and capacitating the youth and professionals.

To everyone who made the event a resounding victory, we are deeply thankful for your contributions. To all the applicants who powered through the exam, know that your efforts are recognized. May this experience reignite your passion for pursuing your education and a brighter future.
