"As a Barangay Kagawad, it is my utmost pleasure and honor to attend this meaningful school program. It is inspiring to witness the dedication of our educators and students in fostering growth, learning, and community spirit. Events like these highlight the importance of collaboration in building a brighter future for our youth.

I am honored to be entrusted with the task of discussing the empowerment of women and the significance of Republic Act No. 9262, also known as the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004. This law serves to protect women and children from abuse, emphasizing their rights and dignity. Through this discussion, I aim to highlight the importance of creating a supportive environment where women can thrive, free from discrimination and violence, contributing actively to our community's development."
