Filipino Values Month 2025 Celebration 🇵🇭
November 28, 2025

Every November, the nation comes together to honor the essence of being Filipino through the celebration of Filipino Values Month. This annual observance serves as a reminder of the moral strength, compassion, and shared identity that bind our people. With the 2025 theme, “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Pag-asa: Pagkakaisa at Pananagutan para sa Makabuluhang Pagbabago,” the school community embraced a renewed commitment to unity, accountability, and a collective vision for a transformed future.

This year’s celebration focused on the following goals:
• Reinforcing core Filipino values such as respect, responsibility, and compassion
• Inspiring students to actively participate in nation-building
• Recognizing the importance of values education in shaping principled and responsible citizens
• Cultivating optimism and shared hope in line with the aspirations of Bagong Pilipinas

To bring these principles to life, a variety of meaningful activities were carried out on campus—including the Solo Singing Contest, Poem Recitation, and the Slogan and Poster Making Contests. These activities allowed learners to express their understanding of Filipino values through creativity, talent, and performance.

One of the most anticipated highlights was the Poster Making Contest, held on November 28, 2025, at the principal’s office. With nine enthusiastic learners participating, the room came alive with vibrant colors, thoughtful visuals, and powerful messages that reflected the heart of this year’s theme.

Learners were given ample time and art materials, enabling them to translate their ideas into meaningful artwork that embodied unity, hope, and responsibility. Their outputs not only showcased artistic talent but also demonstrated a deep understanding of what it means to contribute to a better Philippines.

The atmosphere of excitement grew as judges viewed each entry. In the end, winners were awarded certificates and tokens of appreciation, acknowledging both their creativity and their sincere effort to promote Filipino values through art.
A Celebration of Values and Vision

The 2025 Filipino Values Month celebration proved to be more than just a series of activities—it became a genuine reflection of the students’ desire to be part of positive change. Through art, performance, and participation, learners showed that Filipino values continue to thrive in the hearts of the youth.

Overall, the celebration successfully cultivated value formation, creativity, teamwork, and responsibility among students. More importantly, it served as a powerful reminder that every Filipino—regardless of age—has an important role in building a united, hopeful, and progressive nation.

DAPC WEEK 2025 CELEBRATION
Date: November 16–22, 2025
Theme: “Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Kalusugan ay Pinapahalagahan, Droga ay Inaayawan.”

Calit Elementary School proudly joined the nation in celebrating Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week 2025, observed from November 16–22, 2025, emphasizing the importance of making healthy, drug-free choices toward building a stronger and safer Bagong Pilipinas.

Throughout the week, learners took part in a meaningful lineup of activities designed to promote awareness, discipline, and well-being. These included the Posting of DAPC Week 2025, the learners’ heartfelt Panata na Manatiling Malayang Drug-Free, a community-centered Clean-up Drive, and various creative competitions such as the Slogan Making Contest, Poster Making Contest, and Coloring Contest.

To deepen understanding, the school also held Film Viewing, updated its NDEP (National Drug Education Program) Corner, and participated in the Binmaley Municipal Meet carrying the advocacy, “Be an Athlete, Not a Drug Addict.”

These activities showcased the united commitment of Calit ES learners, teachers, and stakeholders in promoting healthy choices and drug-free living—truly reflecting the spirit of the celebration.
