The Sangguniang Bayan of Binidayan Headed by our Municipal Vice Mayor PUNUDARANAO B. DATUMULOK.
lead by the Chairman on Committee on Transportation Hon. Mohammad Cosary B. Datumulok and company conducted an inspection at the Municipal Market at Barangay Población and Barangay Pagalamatan, Binidayan for the Municipal Ordinance Number 02 series of 2020
''AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF TRICYCLE AND GRANTING OF FRANCHISE FOR THE OPERATION WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL AND JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINIDAYAN AND IMPOSING FEES AND PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF''.

This encourages the Motorized Tricycle Drivers to register or renew their Permit to operate. Another vision of this ordinance is to improve the ability to manage vehicular traffic, monitor ownership, number of tricycles operating in a given route and most importantly to increase responsiveness to the needs of commuting public.

We thank all the community for their participation to the public servants and we hope for this ordinance to be successfully implemented.

Lastly, we remind those Tricycle Drivers who is yet to register or renew their Tricycles. Please visit the Municipal Hall and look for Ms. Saliha Ansar for further instructions.

An updating and formulating of the Binidayan’s Local Revenue Code was conducted by the Sangguniang Bayan together with the Heads of the different line agencies under the LGU’s Finance Committee.

The said activity was facilitated by Councilor Ryan Datumulok Radia as the Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means. Assisted by the SB Secretary Hanny Camid.

The Sangguniang Bayan, in complete attendance, successfully completed the 2-days 2022 Bangsamoro Neo Orientation on Local Legislation organized by the MILG -Lanao del Sur held at Limketkai Luxe Hotel. It was also attended by the Sangguniang Bayan members of the Municipalities of Buadipuso Buntong, Lumba Bayabao, Madalum and Taraka.
