Available templates:
1. Certificate of Undertaking (for Landslide Prone Areas)
2. Sworn Statement of Previous Year's Gross Sales
3. Written Consent to Use the location as Business Address

- Go to your dashboard ->Reference Material -> Click the name of the Form that you need

Hard copy of the said forms are also available at the Business Permits and Licensing Office/ Municipal Treasurer's Office

The Municipality of Bingawan is excited to announce the Electronic Business One-Stop-Shop (eBOSS) for Business Permit new/renewal application.

📅 When: January 5 to 20, 2026
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
📍 Where: Municipal Hall Lobby

Both onsite and online options are available for your convenience!
