Hindi lahat ng against sa mga principles ninyo ay DDS. Hindi rin lahat ng DDS ay conservative. There is such a thing as common sense.

Kanan remains to be an ideology-based organization na hindi kontrolado ng kung sinomang mga political na personalidad. Kung tama si Duterte, edi mag-agree kami kay Duterte. Kung mali si Duterte, edi kokontra kami kay Duterte. Same thing with others.

Ang compass ng Kanan ay prinsipyo. Hindi mga political personalities.

Maraming salamat sa atensyon ninyo sa bagay na ito.

PUBLIC RETRACTION AND APOLOGY

Good evening everyone especially to our members, followers, and critics. We know that this is too late. But we will still hold ourselves accountable.

Last 22 August 2026, our page made a post entitled "Mainstreaming was a BIG MISTAKE" authored by one of our members whose pen name is "Kali Wheeler". Such post made unnecessary inflammatory remarks regarding the shooting incident in Zamboanga, and made claims that put many Filipino families and children in danger. Children with autism are image-bearers of God, and they should not be blamed for something that they have not done. An action of one child with autism should not create a sweeping generalization that would put other children with autism in bad light.

Finally, we affirm that mere inconvenience should not be taken as oppression of a so-called "neurotypical".

Such remarks should not have been made especially by our organization that believes in Christian values, conservatism, and right-wing politics.

In response to this, we express our apology and retract such post. We will do our best to prevent the repeat of such irresponsible remarks in our organization. As of today, our Chairman has already suspended the writer that made such article. There is also a pending motion to declare the position of Editor-in-Chief vacant.

If there are any questions or concerns regarding this, please do not hesitate to make your comments or send us a message.

And please do not stop holding us accountable. Thank you very much and we will do better.
